Chesterfield Hydrotherapy Referral Centre is an exciting development for pets and small animals in Chesterfield and is conveniently situated close to the A61 Dronfield By-Pass ideal for customers travelling from Barlow, Baslow, Brimington, Clay Cross, Dronfield, Staveley, Unstone, Wingerworth, North East Derbyshire and South Sheffield.

The Centre is owned and run by Jeanette a fully qualified small animal hydrotherapist who has a love of all animals and a desire to help improve their quality of life in any way she can.

Jeanette qualified with Hawksmoor the world renowned training centre run by Sue Hawkins and holds the Level 3 Certificate in Hydrotherapy for Small Animals which covers the following areas:
  • Introduction to hydrotherapy
  • Assessing & Checking an Animals Suitability for Hydrotherapy Treatment
  • Administering Hydrotherapy Treatment to Small Animals
  • Anatomy & Physiology for Small Animal Hydrotherapy

  • Management of Common Orthopaedic & Neurological Conditions in Hydrotherapy for Small Animals

  • Professional Practice & Multi-Disciplinary Team Working
  • Water Management for Small Animal Hydrotherapy.
Jeanette has also completed the Level 3 Diploma in Hydrotherapy for Small Animals having taken and passed

  • Disorders of the Canine Stifle Joint for Hydrotherapist.
Jeanette has now also started to study for her Level 4 Diploma in Animal Hydrotherapy
